Zoë is an education consultant with over a decade of experience supporting a wide range of schools including urban charters, large district networks, and small rural schools in navigating the complexities of federal funding and instructional improvement. She has secured and managed more than $20 million in grants and guided schools through critical programs such as ESSER funding with confidence and clarity. She also partners with education nonprofits to design and facilitate teacher trainings, develop innovative student programs, and strengthen learning opportunities for underserved communities.
Driven by a passion for supporting school leaders, Zoë helps administrators run their schools efficiently and effectively, cutting through complexity so they can focus on what truly matters: student success. Her approach removes the guesswork from federal programs by simplifying complex requirements, enabling leaders to maximize their funding while keeping students at the center.
Zoë has delivered professional development and strategic support to educators, specialists, and administrators across Pennsylvania, Texas, New Jersey, New York, Delaware, and Massachusetts. She also collaborates with U.S.-based nonprofits to design and support education programs internationally, helping expand access to high-quality learning opportunities for students around the world.
Holding a master’s degree in Educational Leadership and Policy from Boston College, she combines strategic insight with practical solutions to help schools move from compliance to impact, empowering teams to lead with confidence and clarity.
