Zoë Edwards Groff, M.Ed.

Zoë has been proud to work in education for over a decade, with experience in classroom teaching, school leadership, and school improvement. She holds a master's degree from Boston College, specializing in educational leadership and policy.

While working in education, Zoë saw the challenges faced by school leaders who were constantly pressured to address immediate issues, leaving little time for finding long-term, sustainable solutions to everyday problems. This observation started Channel Education, as she recognized the need to support and empower school administrators to make transformative changes that positively impact their school community.

Zoë's mission is rooted in a genuine desire to help schools thrive. With her extensive experience and knowledge, she is committed to collaborating with organizations to implement innovative staffing strategies, foster a supportive school culture, and provide tailored coaching for educators and school leaders. Zoë firmly believes that investing in the growth and well-being of educators ultimately leads to improved student outcomes and strengthens the foundation of our society.
